COLOMBIAN FARMS

Colombia is located in North South America.
It has limits with Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador and Panama.

Almost half the population lives in Bogota and other big cities like Medellin and Cali. The other half live in small cities and farm land.

Most of the farms are cattle ranches, others are agricultural, and a big part of South Colombia is covered by jungles.

The cattle in Colombia is mostly Zebu breed and Brahman, where they roam freely in the open pastures. Cowboys are still used to gather the cattle for vaccination and separation of the bulls that are ready to be sold. Milking cows are kept close to the farm house.

The agricultural farms are mostly coffee farms located in the Colombian mountains where the climate is perfect for the production of one of the best coffees of the world. The coffee is not very good paid in Colombia and so coffee farmers are usually poor.
Other agricultural farms grow corn, soybean and sugarcane.

The jungle farm lands are mostly virgin areas or Indian reserves. Big snakes and various wildlife is aboundant. The Indians are free in their land and in their cultures; Even government laws don't cover them as they can even grow coke plants for their medicine uses like they have been doing for hundreds of years.
